Under Construction

Exterior_Panorama4 An image of the house before we started the excavation in June 2013. The earth came up on both sides, the only windows in the house are in the front, shown.

Exterior_Panorama2 An image of the side yard before the excavation. You can see the top of the house on the right side.  There is a back door with a patio, but the house was mainly earth-bermed on 3 sides.

Panorama_small Started excavation on the East (right) side, we dug a trench, put in uber amounts of insulation and waterproofing.  Also connected to the septic line to put drainage out of the back of the house for a future bathroom.  The whole West (left) side is completely excavated. Now there are French Doors and 5 windows on that side.
